Carried out in cooperation with the Limak Foundation and the Ministry of Family and Social Services, Engineer Girls of Türkiye Project is waiting for female engineer candidates who want to support female engineer employment and take part in equal conditions. All female engineer candidates who are or will be receiving undergraduate education in certain departments of engineering faculties in Türkiye selected according to URAP 2022 - 2023 World Field Rankings can apply to the project between 25 September - 16 October 2023.
The project contributes to the personal and professional development of female engineer candidates by offering opportunities such as scholarships, certificate programmes, language training, mentoring and employment support. For detailed information and application conditions, please see here.
Limak Foundation, which works for the establishment of an international sisterhood bond in the Engineer Girls of Türkiye Project, where the journey of globalisation has also been initiated beyond the borders of the country, continues to make a name for itself with the Global Engineer Girls initiative launched in Kuwait, North Macedonia and Kosovo.
Computer engineers also affiliated our new term applications. In 2017-2018 education period, we continued our project with 106 students from 36 different provinces, studying in electrical-electronics, industry, construction, machinery, environment and computer engineering departments.

On the first day of the meeting, the students shared their stories and dreams and met their mentors. UNDP Turkey Goodwill Ambassador and actor Mert Fırat, StartersHub President and MV Holding CEO Ebru Dorman, journalists, writers, social entrepreneurs Hakan Elbir, Şebnem Burcuoğlu and Elif Ergun, with their inspiring success stories and pleasant conversation, shared their experiences with students.
